That’s pretty much what the Evernote’s new scanning app is all about. Now, there seems to be the same number of steps as I explain above, but there is less hassle and you don’t end up cluttering your Camera Roll.

That’s a double-edged sword given that it doesn’t offer the ability to adjust brightness or contrast manually, but it’s a service that mostly works and simplifies the process greatly.
